Level 1: Beginner
Instructs basic boxing techniques used by the pros! You’ll move like a boxer and fight back the disease, improving your balance, endurance, and strength.

Level 2: Intermediate
Level 2 builds on Level 1 and increases in intensity as you grow stronger and more agile. Your flexibility and quickness will increase as you move through the workouts and get more comfortable moving like a boxer. You’re now looking like a pro!

Level 3: Advanced
