“I have been using his Brainball program (along with other exercise regimens) and consider it an integral part of my program. I credit it with keeping me very mobile and balanced after 7 years.”

The Brain Ball really helps train the eyes by following the ball prior to catching it. Great on both left and right sides.
Since using the Brain And Body bar I feel my muscles get a better workout by keeping the arms at a set distance. I seem to stretch and feel all the muscles more. Thank you, Patrick. You keep a happy class! Susie Henzie. (Stenosis and neuropathy problems)

The brain ball is fun to use. I love the eye hand coordination challenge which has definitely improved over the time I have worked
with it. The Brain Bar is a unique creation with many uses, including balance and eye hand coordination. I like the challenge of
the toss from left to right and twirling it “mid flight”.Patrick has created two extremely useful exercise tools!

Hi Patrick:
Sorry for the delay in providing you feedback on the Brain and Body Bar and the newly designed BrainBall. I have been putting together a program for myself using some of both the ball and bar exercises in each workout for variety. I also needed to consider my present situation with Parkinson’s and my capability, and stay within my limits.
So far, I find the ball and bar equipment great to use. The videos clearly explained and demonstrated each exercise. The only exercise that is still a little confusing to me is where you sit in a chair and roll the bar back and forth over top of your leg. I don’t understand the purpose of that movement and what the exercise does for the individual.
All in all, I am very enthusiastic about your program and I think the exercises and equipment will provide what I need. It will be interesting to see how I do with the Regenerations Tango.
Thanks for everything. Don
