Energetic and Gentle Parkinson's Exercise

Description:

  • Energetic: This high intensity class designed to get you moving.
  • Gentle: A movement and balance class that’s low-intensity and designed to restore health and function.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

    • 10:30 AM Energetic Exercise
    • 12:00 PM Gentle Exercise with Balance

Equipment:

  • 2 hand weights (1 or 2 lbs. or (2) water bottles if you don’t have hand weights)
  • Medium size towel
  • Ball (Tennis ball, golf ball, hand ball, or rolled up socks)
  • Resistance Band (exercise tubing)

Joyful Dancing for Parkinson's

Description:

SmartXPD®’s Lisbeth G. guides you through a low-intensity dance class celebrating life and movement. With easy-to-follow choreography that improves balance, posture, strength, range of motion, and coordination, you’ll have fun and improve your fitness swinging to Latin rhythms and dance routines designed to invigorate and strengthen.

Description:

Patrick presents his unique and evidence based approach to improving balance and preventing falls. This class not only strengthens your full body, it also instructs techniques and movement strategies that allows you to live better and more safely navigate your day.
