Energetic and Gentle Parkinson's Exercise

Description:

  • Energetic: This high-intensity interval class is designed to get you moving and whip you into shape. This class is not for those with balance problems.
  • Gentle: A movement and balance class that’s low-intensity and designed to restore health and function.

Class Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

    • 10:15 AM Energetic High-intensity Interval Class for PD
    • 11:15 AM Gentle Chair Exercise Class for PD

Equipment:

  • 2 hand weights (1 or 2 lbs. or (2) water bottles if you don’t have hand weights)
  • Medium size towel
  • Ball (Tennis ball, golf ball, hand ball, or rolled up socks)
  • Resistance Band (exercise tubing)

Undefeated! Boxing for Parkinson's

Description:

Fight back against the symptoms and box your way to better health. This fun and intense workout is designed to help manage the symptoms. This class is not for those at risk of falling.

Class Schedule:

Thursday

    • 10:15 АM Boxing for Parkinson’s Class – “Undefeated!”

Equipment:

  • 2 hand weights (1 or 2 lbs. or (2) water bottles if you don’t have hand weights)
  • Medium size towel
  • Resistance Band (exercise tubing)

Balance & Fall Prevention: The Scramble!

Description:

Patrick presents his unique and evidence based approach to improving balance and preventing falls. This class not only strengthens your full body, it also instructs techniques and movement strategies that allows you to live better and more safely navigate your day.
